Legal Framework
Constitutional Mandate
We operate under the framework of the Constitution of India, specifically Part III (Fundamental Rights, Articles 12–35) and Part IV (Directive Principles of State Policy).
Corporate Compliance
As a Section 8 Company, we are governed by the Companies Act, 2013 and are subject to annual filings, audits, and regulatory oversight by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Data & Privacy
Our data handling practices comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. We are committed to adopting requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this website or Rights Care Foundation's activities shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage resolution through dialogue before formal legal proceedings.
